What do you check on every visit?
Water first: pH, alkalinity and sanitizer levels, then whatever balancing your water needs. Then cleaning: the shell, the scum line at the waterline and any surface debris. Then the hardware: filters rinsed out, equipment checked for leaks and unusual noises, and jets and circulation checked to make sure the tub is doing what it is supposed to.
How often do you drain and fill the tub?
Every three months. Routine maintenance keeps your water balanced, but a quarterly drain and fill gives the whole tub a fresh start: the old water and everything that built up in it comes out, the plumbing lines get purged, the shell and waterline get a deep clean, and it goes back in with fresh water balanced and ready.
Do I need to be home for the service?
