Frequently Asked Questions
Do you clean the inside and the outside?
Both. Interior and exterior window cleaning is one service now, so a single visit covers the whole window: glass on both sides, screens, frames, sills and tracks.
What is pure water window cleaning?
Water is filtered until every mineral is stripped out, then fed through a brush on an extension pole. It rinses away dirt and dries without spotting, which makes it ideal for upper storeys and hard to reach exterior glass. Our crews are trained in it as well as traditional hand cleaning.
Can you get rid of hard water stains?
Usually. Hard water leaves mineral deposits that regular cleaning will not lift, so we treat those separately. Some long standing stains have etched the glass and cannot be fully removed, and we will tell you honestly which one you are dealing with.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Two to four times a year suits most Utah homes, depending on how much dust, pollen and sprinkler overspray your windows take. Ask about our unlimited cleaning plans if you would rather stop thinking about it.
